“Søvn er en superkraft” er bogen til dig, der har et skolebarn, der kæmper med søvnen –og som måske selv er ved at miste modet (og nattesøvnen). Søvn burde være simpelt, men når dit barn ligger vågent, føles det alt andet end let. Denne bog giver dig ikke bare viden, men også en konkret vej til forståelse og en løsning på udfordringerne. Ved at følge en overskuelig tjekliste guides du igennem hele bogen til at styrke dit barns søvn – uden at vende op og ned på hele familien. Ingen skrappe metoder, ingen uoverskuelige krav: bare små, effektive ændringer, der gør en stor forskel. Søvn er ikke bare vigtig – den er en superkraft. Den styrker hjernen, kroppen og humøret, så dit barn kan møde verden udhvilet og klar. Og du? Du får også lidt af din egen superkraft tilbage. 

 

Bogen er også et fantastisk værktøj til dig der arbejder med børn og unge til daglig og ønsker redskaber til effektivt at arbejde med søvnen.
